As a therapist and fellow human, I have some experience of how life’s complexities can impact our physical and emotional wellbeing.
As part of my own training, I embarked on finding a professional with whom I could attempt to understand and explore my own history and how this has shaped the person I am today. I share this because I understand and empathise with the experience of being a client. |
I have gained extensive clinical experience working with organisations such a Relate and Cruse Bereavement Care as well as services offering specialised support for women’s issues, survivors of abuse and drug and alcohol treatment.
The therapeutic environment I offer you is one that I hope you will find appealing – deeply empathic, authentic and engaging. I make clients feel at ease with my down-to-earth approach.
One of my favourite things about being a therapist is that I am always learning new things about myself and others. I welcome opportunities to talk about difference and identity in the work we do together.
Alongside my private therapy practice, I offer clinical supervision to other therapists. I am currently undertaking a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.
